I have a great love for running and it continues to grow. It gives me stability and focus on what's important in life. It connects me with nature which rejuvinates my body and mind.
I want to share this joy for the sport and help individuals and groups of runners to reach their potential, enjoy the sport without injuries and keep running week in and out.
Rehabilitating hundreds of patients over the years from operations and overload injuries caused by running I understand the human body on a deep physiological level and learned what works and what doesn't.

Why the wolf?
The wolf demonstrates the desired personality traits my clients seek out. Wolves are intensely ambitious and never shy from hard work. Socially adept, they function well in leadership and management roles as well as jobs requiring vision and strength of character. They demand loyalty and provide the same allegiance to their circle of people. The ability to perform under pressure helps them perform at the highest levels in sports and business.
Where do we train?
We always meet in person and train in Helsinki and it's surrounding areas.
In Zürich you will have access to a local gym with showers and changing rooms for women and men.
It is possible to organise individual or group sessions at your desired location such as your company or local run tracks.
How do we run and why?
Below you will find the training principle we will follow.
It is always tailored to the individuals or groups level of ability, goals and time of the season.
Base training and technique
Low to medium intensity of running (this should make up 80-85% of your weekly running volume regardless of ability level)
Technique drills and strides (short accelerations) to improve running ecomony so you can run more efficiently with less energy spent
Tempo and Speed work
Higher intensity efforts of running build into an endurance run (should make up 15-20% of your weekly running volume)
Depending on running experience and time of season this could be hill repeats, 100-1000m repeats on the track or continuous efforts up to 20-30 Min. of total load
For runners with a specific finishing time from 5k - 42.2km
Key session in the last 6-8 weeks prior to race day
Hit specific interval times that prepare your body and mind for the big day
I follow along with a bike with your individual nutrition and hydration so we can replicate race day as close as possible
