- Goal setting and race strategy for your big day
- Personalized weekly swim, bike, run and strength & conditioning training plan via Training Peaks software
INDIVIDUALLY-MADE
TRAINING PLAN
80,- Euro per 4 week plan
One-time payment
INCLUDES:
- For athletes requiring no changes or training & racing feedback, just the raw training sessions sent out via PDF
- Based on extensive questionaire about your current goals, training level, physical & health state, work & life load and ability to recover
- 3-4 Swim workouts, 2-4 Run workouts, 4-5 bike workouts and 1-2 gym or home gym workouts depending on your current level and need to level up while balancing recovery, work and life load
REHAB TRAINING PLAN
80,- Euro per 4 week plan
One-time payment
INCLUDES:
- Based on over 10years of work experience in the Sports medicine & Sport Physiotherapy field working with all kinds of patients as well as international level competitors from a range of sports
- This plan is made for athletes returning back to sports or currently injured with an orthopaedic injury
- Advice on which specialists to seek out for i.e. treatment (i.e. dry needling, possible scans etc.) to shorten your rehab phase
- Receive tailor made exercise /mobility plan for at home, at the gym as well as run sessions based on your health and progress
- Does not include swim/bike/run/gym sessions focused on performance, entirely focused on the daily work & treatment needed to get healthy
